Job Description:
Performs all paying and receiving functions within delegated authority levels. Issues money orders, official checks, travelers checks, cash advances, etc. according to policy and ensuring recourse on each transaction. Balances daily work and researches differences where applicable. Comply with loss prevention measures by understanding and applying appropriate policies/ guidelines. Processes night deposit ATM work. Ability to use BBVA Compass systems to locate information and serve customers. Use Sharp teller machine to process transactions. Interact effectively with customers and co-workers. Refers customers by utilizing product greetings as appropriate in person and on phone. Participates in banking center sales campaigns as required.

High school diploma or GED. Some customer service and cash handling experience. Must display a friendly and helpful attitude and have the ability to interact positively with customers and co-workers. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations. Must be able to exhibit attention to detail. Must demonstrate the ability to learn and apply procedures. Must have a focus for sales. Keyboarding skills.
